See-It Archive - a demonstration

Retrieval of files and archive boxes can be achieved from your desk top computer. This is probably the simplest online customer records management system available. The See-It system (our name) requires no additional software and no computer skills beyond Internet access and typing in the information required to make your request. All of the data is accessed via the Internet and is read only - so no changes can be made to either the data or the programme.

When you log in to your account via the secure server you can review your whole archive including the history, cost centres and description of each file or document. You can call up online reports and print them or instruct the archive team to return the file or box to you - normally for the following working day.
